Chocolate is Healthy



Yes, its true. Its the Dark Chocolate. Ive noticed that more women love Dark Chocolates, I really dont know why but its good to know that Dark Chocolate has its benefits.

Flavonoids also help relax blood pressure through the production of nitric oxide, and balance certain hormones in the body.

* Lower Cholesterol: Dark chocolate has also been shown to reduce LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol) by up to 10 percent.
